Burke Adams Special Needs Sports Program
BASNSP has been providing the opportunity for all children with disabilities in East Greenbush, New York and the surrounding communities to participate in organized sports programs regardless of their need for assistance during play. Programs include baseball, basketball, bowling, football, TOP Soccer, and track and field.Disabled Children's Relief Fund - New York - a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, provides disabled children with assistance to obtain wheelchairs, orthopedic braces, walkers, lifts, hearing aids, eyeglasses, medical equipment, physical therapy, and surgery. Blind, Deaf, Amputees, and children with Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Spastic Quadriplegia, Encephalitis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Spina Bifida, Down's Syndrome, and other disabilities receive assistance. DCRF focuses special attention on helping children throughout the U.S. that do not have adequate health insurance, especially the physically challenged.

All Kids Can - A disabilities awareness program that helps students of all ages learn attitudes of acceptance, dignity and respect, especially toward those with disabilities.
Camp Ronald McDonald - A fully accessible residential camp for kids with special needs located in the high Sierra.

National Association of Children’s Hospitals and Related Institutions - Not-for-profit organization of children's hospitals … including those that specialize in rehabilitative care of children with serious chronic or congenital illnesses; works to ensure the health of all children.
