Mouth and Foot Painting Artists (MFPA). Formed in 1956, the MFPA is an international, for-profit association wholly owned and run by disabled artists to help them meet their financial needs. Webbytalents is a site originating from Quebec offering an online service for sharing and watching videos made by or for persons with disabilities. The site has been online since Feb. 14 2008. This is the first video sharing site aimed particularly at the community of persons with disabilities from around the world. Disabled people, creators, organizations or persons involved are all invited to submit their videos on Webbytalents.
