If your long range goals include returning to gainful employment, this can be an entry-way to resources. Vocational Rehabilitation Departments serves people who want to work but are hindered from doing so by a physical or mental disability. After eligibility is established, each client participates in an assessment to determine which vocational rehabilitation services are needed to help the client prepare for employment.
