Handi help - My name is Richard Fabend. I am 66 years old and a C6 complete quadriplegic. I was injured over 11 years ago while vacationing in the Virgin Islands. I was extremely active prior to my injury. I spent much of my time in the out of doors and was a licensed New York State Guide.
